1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using SoftwareCo's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Services Description
SoftwareCo provides software development services including but not limited to:
- Custom web application development
- Mobile application development
- Cloud infrastructure setup and management
- AI and machine learning solutions
- Consulting and technical support services
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are established in individual project agreements. Generally:
- 50% deposit required to begin work
- Remaining balance due upon project completion
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed code and assets. SoftwareCo retains rights to general methodologies, techniques, and any pre-existing intellectual property used in the development process.
5. Limitation of Liability
SoftwareCo's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed. SoftwareCo reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment or breach of terms.
